You can report this at the TWC Direct to Tech Forum. It is secure. At that forum, open a thread. Give your name, address, account # and box type as well as what you said that AMCHD has been in Spanish for the last 36 hours and all settings on the box are correct. PS. Have you tried a cold reboot of the box? I would, cuz that's probably the first thing they are gonna ask.
