| Creating a time lapse video from a normal speed source video I have a 7-minute long video taken at normal speed and would like to create a time-lapse video from it. I have been looking for a tool or a site that will do this but so far have not found anything other that some forum somewhere referring to Adobe Elements, something which I don't have so it is not an option.
Suggestions please? |
