| [Home Network] Is Uverse residential service down in Roswell, GA I've lost broadband connection from my home in Roswell, GA, since last night. Work up this morning, and still had no connection. When this happens in the past, I call the support line and after 25 minutes of trying to diagnose my equipment, the technician puts me on hold to tell me that service is down. I'd rather just cut to the chase. I reset all of the equipment as the support people would normally tell me to do, three times. "The red light is still on, no broadband." Is service down, and when will it return? |
