Winterville, NC | To get it I did a reset defaults and then a reset modem. Takes about 5 minutes to come back and it has new firmware. |

I tried it for the heck of it. No changes. It's possible they simply don't have updated firmware yet for the 6180. I doubt many people on SL even have them.

Just rebooted my Moto SB6121 and new firmware was installed. Took at least 5 minutes and the modem rebooted several times.

Nothing new for my Zoom 5341J (DOCSIS 3).
Rebooted and it remained at 5.5.4.4 which is what it came with.

Same, and it looks like Comcast has been deploying 5.5.4.9 for a few months now.
No known fixes, though, so not a big deal.

Huh...now was trying to diagnose why I can't connect to my Vent server (I assume a routing issue at the moment), I decided to reboot the modem. Sure enough when it came back the send/receive lights were blinking in sync. Then:
