[TWC] Roadrunner wifi issues

Roadrunner 15mb standard speed
arris dg860a router/modem

I am 15 feet away and our WiFi signal drops. When we watch IPTV on our laptop it constantly buffers while we are using 2 smartphones and an iPad Mini at the same time. When I had uVerse 12mb I never had this issue.

What can I try to fix these issues?

Likely Interference. If you can log into your Wireless router try changing the channel to something else, either 1, 6, or 11 tend to be good picks.

I'm on Ch. 11. I don't think they allow me into their router. Ch. 1 seems much better.
