I am not sure what your contract said, but what I have seen in some of Charter's pricing is that they have "guaranteed" 24 month pricing, but the price does not stay the same for 24 month. It goes up after 12 months. Technically, therefore, the price they give you for year one and year two are "guaranteed". They will not go up from the quoted price given for EACH year. In my opinion, even though the price tier is written somewhere, this is highly misleading and leads many people to believe that the price will be the same for the 24 months.
