| Blocking ASK and AVG I gather ASK (Yahoo) and AVG are paying big bucks to other applications makers to be a part of their istall because those two prograns (unwanted by me and many others) are ubiquitous. Some of the refusals in the installs are meant to confuse and confound how to say no and deflect. I'm looking for some other kind of application that will recognize these two pains in the arse from writing a single folder (from the folders they typically use). I use WinPatrol and it recognizes the attempt to change search providers and toolbars, but by the time it does that the files are written and will re-try. Any ideas |
