Gallifrey | Epson perfection 4490 - grinding noise and red light Hi guys,
Have my father's Epson Perfection 4490 Photo scanner so no idea of warranty and no paperwork.
It worked fine when I first connected it but now when I turn it on it sounds like the gears are grinding for a second and the red light flashes. Yes, the lock is set to 'unlock'.
I tried googling but never get results for just this scanner, or just scanners in general.
Any ideas? Thanks  )
