[OUTAGE REPORT] Feb 15th, 2013 1:40PM **RESOLVED**

We are currently experiencing a cable internet issue in the Toronto area. We ask that you please power cycle your modem for 3-5 minutes or factory reset your modem, as it has been reported to resolve the issue. A Master Ticket has also been opened. Thank you for your patience.
