 | reply to TSI Marc Why does the TSI web site say "Oops! We were unable to find a product that matches your postal code" for a friend who has Cogeco cable internet? |

Since they are still in beta, the website doesn't recognize Cogeco areas. If they have Cogeco internet, they can get TSI Cable internet on these plans. |

AFAIK, those who were pre-accepted into Beta (through DSLR forums and IMs) were issued and instructed to enter a Chatham postal code to [see the packages and] begin the order process, and then submit their real info once inside the order system, yes ? |

 | reply to TSI Marc Is there a way for me get in on the beta? |

Correct, a Chatham postal code to see the packages (which are now upgraded). For my ordering I did everything over Direct forum / IM / Email and not through their order system. |

 | reply to TSI Marc I'd like to sign-up for the beta! |
|
 | reply to TSI Marc Does that include the Cogeco areas in the province of Quebec? Or are they a separate network? |
|
TSI MartinPremium join:2006-02-23 Chatham, ON kudos:23 | They are 2 seperate networks. For now I think only Ontario is being looked into. But we aren't forgetting about QC. |

 | reply to TSI Marc As a long time Tek customer on DSL I would love to Beta test this in the Welland area, however Cogeco might not be pleased .
It seems that somehow my cable connection went AWOL during my renovations shortly after moving here. . |
|
 | reply to TSI Marc I want in!!! I've been looking at other providers as I thought this was still several months off with TSI. Been a faithful DSL customer for years. |
|
 | reply to TSI Marc What's the install fee? I'm on dsl and would like to go cable. $50 like start and I'm in. |

1 edit | reply to TSI Marc I'd love 2 beta.. Current teksavvy customer on DSL live in Ontario, Belleville area. My DSL is terrible and have been looking for faster for a while but cogecos prices were TERRIBLE along with their horridly low caps.
Hopefully i'll get an invite |
