[IE] Disclaimer warning?

Hello,

Is there any way to add a disclaimer warning pop up to IE?. I know i can show the disclaimer via GPO and Interactive Log on, but management would like to have it come up every time the browser comes up.

Is such thing possible?

Thanks.

You could make the Home page (first home page if more than one) point to an HTML file on the local computer or network. A user could just change what the Home page is. There is probably a way to lock that to casual changing.

Defeating the forced home page is trivial. My users just create shortcuts to where they want to go and never see the home page.

What you need is a captive portal that redirects to a TOU/AUP page. Those cannot be easily circumvented.

only thing I could think of is force them through a proxy and make the proxy load a popup info an iframe and or something.

Yeah, i thought it would be a bit easier than that.

Thanks for the ideas.
