Fair Lawn, NJ | A First for Me. I have been crunching now for over 10 years, first on the Seti project and now for team Discovery. When crunching for Seti I was still in college and would hook up as many machines as I could to do some crunching. Not sure how friendly it was to UD, but I think I did the same with UD as well.
However I have never crunched at 37,000 feet in the air. We just came back from vacation and while on the plane ride I noticed my seat had an outlet. So not to waist a crunching opportunity I plugged in the cord and had a few hours of crunching from my lap top. Probably wasn’t too much, but I guess every little bit helps and you never know when it will be the one that finds the cure.
