Frontier has a partnership with Hughes to provide Internet to customers in our areas who are too far away to get DSL. This was to help our Dial up customers get faster speeds and to also help new customers who are just outside the nominal distance to one of our CO's.
You are seeing it in your bill because the system is automated, it goes out to all areas that offer Hughes that way Frontier can hit all Dial up customers. Feel free to ignore that piece on your bill.
