| [Satellite] Problem with my satellite tv Hi, i have problem with my satellite tv. we have NSS 11. The transponder 1 is working perfectly but the transponder 2 doesn't get any signal. i still need to touch the lnb to let it have a signal, sometimes i wrap it with foil to have signal or put a wire on it. This only happens in Transponder 2. Transponder 1 works perfectly. Do you guys know what is the problem with it? Hope you can help. thanks. |

Are you having trouble picking up any other even number transponders on that satellite?
If yes then there is a problem with your LNB or switch.
If no then I would check lyngsat.com and see if that transponder even hits your area.

| Yes, i'm having problem getting a signal from transponder 2/3 frequency supposed to be is 12471 MHz, symbol rate 30 ms/s, fec dvb-s, poloratization horiz. ( this transponder gives me channel 16-40)
but in transponder 1/3, frequency 12431 mhz, symbol rate 30ms/s fec dvb-s polarization horiz is it's working fine. (give me channel 1-15)
I noticed that when i touch the lnb, it signal in the 2/3 fluctuates, it's just like it's grounded. so sir, what is your assessment on it? Thanks you thank you. |
