Definitely not a Peak time issue than.Your line stats look good, so that's not the issue.Have you tried test@test to see response rate from BAS?Martin
Rebooted modem and router and no change. Updated router firmware as there was an update earlier this week and all is good now. Thanks for your help Martin.
