Just ordered 30/5

Which wireless router do they provide? and will I be able to change the SSID & Password to my liking or are they strict and want us to use their password etc.

You will receive either a UBEE, Arris or Motorola Modem/Router. You may be able to use posts on here to set SSID Etc. My advice is have it bridged and use your own Router.

I was already considering that, I have a WRT54G with DDWRT that I've been using for about 7 years, but I think its time to move on to an N Device, I'll check out the HCL for DDWRT / linksys compatible devices.

I've had 30/5 in NC for about a year and I was given the UBEE. The wi-fi on that doesn't work well with Apple hardware, and I was getting it dropping all the time and getting terrible rates. I put it into bridge mode after a couple of days and use my own router and it works great.
