kudos:4 | Not a plate, its a toilet flange. If the flange is in good shape, it stays, you cut the subfloor like a clamshell to fit.

Many different suggestions in a recent thread but I personally will choose the "set-rite" shown near the end when I replace our vinyl floors with tile.
