If you register an account with DSL Reports, you can send an IM to either dslx_steve  , or dslx_nick . They seem to be pretty good at fixing things up.
I am not a DSLX user, myself, but hang out here on occasion, and have seen numerous posts where they have helped DSLX users' problems.
