[GA] Random disconect during the dayI am experiencing random disconnects during the day causing issues with on-line gaming.
I have used ping -t on the routers default gateway and the modem's default gateway.
There is on splitter on the line the modem uses except the one outside installed by Mediacom.
Modem is a Motorola Surfboard SB5100
Frequency 111000000 Hz Locked Signal to Noise Ratio 37 dB Power Level 8 dB
Upstream Value Channel ID 1 Frequency 28000000 Hz Ranged Power Level 48 dBmV |

Those signals look pretty good. The downstream power level is a little high but that shouldn't cause too much trouble. If you would like to message me with you account number or phone number I will be happy to check your modem a bit closer. |

I'm experiencing the same issues for about 2 hours nearly every morning. The modem resets itself over and over. Because I have phone service too I lose it as well. Definitely frustrating |

The outside splitter has been swapped with a three way the Mediacom tech left last time they were out. The connection seems more stable now. I'll have to wait and see how it dose now in the evenings when in use. |
