It does not have a wireless card, but...
I don't know why it just didn't say it was having somekind of IP conflict. I changed it's static IP and boom, no more issue at shutdown. It runs instrumentation and that is the reason for the static IP, and I have never had any issue before, but I remembered a month ago I was surprises at the IP on this machine, but there was no problem, but that remembrance got me thinking down the path that apparently hos resolved the conflict.
