Philadelphia Local Channels Pixilating and Scrambling

This is redicoulous. I just called Verizon and they told me they will have to dispatch someone tomorow. It is happening to my neighboor as well. All of my HD locals are tiling so bad that I can not watch them Ch 503, 506, 510.It started about an hour ago. PLEASE HELP VERIZON!!!!
