elwoodbluesElwood BluesPremium join:2006-08-30 HarperLand | Family Guy features the songs of Anne Murray I swear Seth McFarlane is completely off his rocker. In the last episode of Family Guy that aired yesterday, he has Stewy falling in love with the songs of Anne Murray, to the point in which he's actually singing the songs.. |

Apparently, he really likes Anne Murray. Seriously. And it really was Anne Murray on the show. |

I'm looking forward to his reboot (remake? Continuation? It's a documentary...) of Cosmos, starring Neil deGrasse Tyson. -- Developer: Tomato/MLPPP, Linux/MLPPP, etc »fixppp.org |

 | Cosmos? That does sound interesting. I hope it's not dumbed down and filled with repetition like so many recent so-called "science shows". |

| reply to elwoodblues Carl simply can't be replaced. I wish Neil well though, I usually consider seeing him in a show a positive reinforcement of my staying interested in the show.
Cosmos for the uninitiated is the best selling science book that has sold more copies in more languages than any other science book ever. The show is also worth being added to any thinking person's collection.
What made Carl unique, was he made science understandable for people without doing anything to the science. It was never dummied down.
If North American teachers were half as good at teaching as Carl, in 20 years our countries would see the intellect of our kids double in most cases I suspect. |

You can have Beiber though. |
