[OK] Upload Channels

Several months ago my upload channels 'disappeared' from my modem status page. It would seem it occured with a June update of the f/w. Can anyone provide an explanation for why I no longer see the data?

Thnx, Anonguy. I contacted COX technical support shortly after noticing the change and the call taker didn't have a clue but said as long as I could move data it didn't matter and there was no reason to take action. Personally, I think it does matter but do not know how to get COX to investigate and provide an answer beyond the first response.

Mystery solved? I selected the Login button and the status changed to display the upload channels, in addition there is a new tab labeled voice which displays the status of the telephone connections(s).
