[Cable] Thinking more and more about ditching TS :(
Right now I'm on cable 28 unlimited in Ottawa. I consistently have slow speeds, issues even loading this forum to check for downtimes, etc. How is a customer supposed to remain loyal with service like this?
I'm very near ready to make the switch to Bell or someone similar. What am I supposed to do, Teksavvy?
I would love to try making the switch to DSL, but with dry loop, it ends up being super expensive.
Could you check the signal levels on your modem please? I know the last time we spoke in direct they were out of range when the service was slow. Other than that I can say that there is capacity on order for Ottawa and also Ottawa should be one of the first to make the move to aggregated which may help as well.
I completely understand the frustration with this ongoing issue. If you wouldn't mind posting in the direct forum again please: »TekSavvy Direct we can definitely look into trying to finally resolve this for you.
