Hello there,

Could you check the signal levels on your modem please? I know the last time we spoke in direct they were out of range when the service was slow. Other than that I can say that there is capacity on order for Ottawa and also Ottawa should be one of the first to make the move to aggregated which may help as well.

I completely understand the frustration with this ongoing issue. If you wouldn't mind posting in the direct forum again please: »TekSavvy Direct we can definitely look into trying to finally resolve this for you.
