Multiple Routers, Static IPs on VDSL2 PPPoE

Hello,

I've been racking my brain about the best way to set up my intended lab. I have a block of 5 (usable) static IPs through CenturyLink DSL, which is VDSL2, and uses PPPoE for authentication.

In a single router setup, I would place the C1000z (CenturyLink branded ZyXEL, which I either HAD to buy or rent) in bridged mode and authenticate PPPoE on the router behind it.

What I really intend to do, is assign at least 3 of the IPs to WAN interface on separate routers, for a lab setup; the goal is not to have to chain any of them behind each other

                                                ,  Router 1
DSL modem (bridged?) ---> Switch -- Router 2
                                                `  Router 3

I've heard this is possible with a Half-Bridge mode (which this modem doesn't support), i.e. where the PPPoE is terminated at the modem, but not layer 3.

Anyone have any ideas, suggestions?

If your isp allows you to have multiple pppoe sessions, then each router can initiate it's own pppoe session.

If your isp only allows you to have one pppoe session, then one device must initiate pppoe session

The public ip's can be configured manualy on each router or if the modem supports using dhcp for the public ip block dhcp can be used to allocate the public ip's.
