True, they renegged on symmetric bandwidth, then jacked rates up.. unless your grandfathered in on one of those plans. BTW, if you want to see what REAL fiber can do... For Verizon, it would cost even more than the $23 billion or so they have spent to use an active ethernet network over PON. For Google, they can afford to use AE since they are dealing with a single city. |

With fluff the upload is close to 39 mbps that is what I had when I was on 50/25 , upgraded to 75/35 and didn't see upload difference. |

 | reply to ExoticFish Agreed. If they are trying to eliminate the 35/35 tier or whatever, which I have, 50/25 should basically be the same price. It is definately not worth an extra $10/mo, especially since they are giving the same deal to 25/10 customers. I was thinking about calling them to point this out. |
