[WIN7] JIS keyboard input mode keys-change bindings

JIS Keyboard Layout
I have an Iconia 6120 and while I can use shortcuts (eg ALT Tilde, CTRL+CAPSLOCK) to change the input method when using hiragana and katakana I want to use the input keys (hankaku/zenkaku, hiragana/katakana, etc).

I've been around the IME and JIS keyboard settings but don't see any way of binding keys to input change actions. Is there a way to bind these actions in the language bar or anywhere else?

This model is also sold as the F54W in Japan so Acer has to have it working somehow but on my US 6120 model that keyboard is acting like a 106 key JIS layout instead of the 109 key.

Windows 8 has much better support for these keyboards but unfortunately Acer hasn't written drivers for Win 8 and getting it working looks to be quite a chore.
