So basically moving from NY I won't see any difference.

Well it's crowded and your car insurance will probably be higher than you're used to. Average income is pretty much the highest in the country. Gas is $3.45 per gallon and you sit in your car while someone else stands in the cold and pumps it for you. The state doesn't seem to be able to repair potholes or repave the roads.
