Contact Retention I've read here that retention is the group to contact for deals and to discuss previous issues. I'm not able to find a way to contact them. Could somebody please explain the process or provide a phone number to contact them?
Call Bell and say you're cancelling your Bell services. They'll transfer you to retentions.
Whatever they offer you at that point, say no. You'll likely get a call back within a week or two with a better offer. If not, just call back in before 30 days to reverse your cancellation and take the previous offer that will still be on file.
Not exactly true. Some of us don't have these 30 days notice policies anymore. If you call to cancel they may just cancel you on the spot depending on your package.
best thing is to call customer service, tell them you have an offer from the competition that you are considering but you would like to speak to retention first. If the guy argues, tell him that you don't want to talk to him, you want retention.
You can call retention simply by talking with the machine. Choose the option cancel all your bell products and you will be automaticly transfer to retention.
