new wow billreceived my bill and again i am charged for tv which i do not have, i was also charged for 30/3 and 15/1 internet. i was further charged for basic tv and digital tv bundle. i was on hold for 30 mins on how to fix this issue. WOW this is unacceptable, is anyone else having this issue? |

They've been charging me for having two media gateways since December. My bill has been $35 too high three months in a row. I called last month to let them know and they slapped a misc credit on my January bill but did not fix the problem so my February bill is wrong again.
Honestly I have no idea how you just add a media gateway to someone's monthly bill when they haven't made any change to their service.
I just sent them an e-mail yesterday asking them again to fix it and credit my account. I don't have time to waste an hour on the phone again like I did last month only to see nothing get resolved. |
