received my bill and again i am charged for tv which i do not have, i was also charged for 30/3 and 15/1 internet. i was further charged for basic tv and digital tv bundle. i was on hold for 30 mins on how to fix this issue. WOW this is unacceptable, is anyone else having this issue?
They've been charging me for having two media gateways since December. My bill has been $35 too high three months in a row. I called last month to let them know and they slapped a misc credit on my January bill but did not fix the problem so my February bill is wrong again.
Honestly I have no idea how you just add a media gateway to someone's monthly bill when they haven't made any change to their service.
I just sent them an e-mail yesterday asking them again to fix it and credit my account. I don't have time to waste an hour on the phone again like I did last month only to see nothing get resolved.
