I have the 35/35 also. I see no reason to go to 50/25. Last time I checked, I could not get the 70/35 speed - must be because of my GPON or such.

With fluff the upload is close to 39 mbps that is what I had when I was on 50/25 , upgraded to 75/35 and didn't see upload difference.
