2 edits | Insightcard ending new customer pricing - Evansville, IN Got the post card saying its been a year since i got the new customer pricing and pricing would go back to retail then said they enrolled me into a new pricing category for lengthy customers. Basically saying its cheaper than retail but more than new customer pricing. anyone else get that? |

kudos:1 | Re: Got the Insight post card about ending new customer pricing I got it sometime late summer/early fall of last year. My bill went up to $115.85, I think it was roughly $86 before the increase.
I'm paying $72 for cable and $40 for 10Meg tier internet now.
I don't know anyone who is paying the same amount now, the prices seems to be all over the place in Bowling Green.

Re: Insightcard ending new customer pricing - Evansville, IN Anyone have success getting them to come down from the new pricing? I got the card in the mail yesterday but it doesn't mention what the new pricing will be.
I currently have 1 HD-DVR w/ Classic Service, 10 Meg internet and Phone service for 123.31 including tax.
I'm a little scared to see how high they are going to raise my rates. |

Whats the retail price for 10meg service, $40? and the new customer pricing is $30 so i expect it to be closer to $40. |

I guessing my year went up.
My bill was $118 now it's $135 in one month.
Basic Digital Cable Services : $59.50
30/3 Internet Services : $69.95
