| Their online billing is also screwed up. I tried it last week for some reason my payment was not accepted and I was charged a $25 return payment fee. They were tellng me that I might have mistyped my bank routing number and account number. I told them that I was holding my checkbook and doulbe checking each number before completing the payment. They wouldn't admit it that their online payment is all screwed up. |

Ive NEVER had there website work. Every time I try to use it to pay a bill is doesnt work.
I have to call in and use the auto pay.
