Walker, LA Cox down from 00:30 to 01:03 on Feb 21, 2013 fro no apparent reason.

Service down, then back up with high packet loss and slow speeds on. Cox tech David admitted to line noise, would "look around" in neighborhood see if he could find anything.

Service down suddenly from 12:32 to 12:58 pm, then again from 13:53 to 14:50, customer service (as usual) did not know anything, "would send someone out".

Cox tech Eric came out looked at my screen caps of speedtest.net & pingtest.net and went outside to do some "line tests". Admitted to line noise, would make a report and send someone else out. Another tech came out, whose name I forget (sorry), would look into the problem and call me in a few days to check how the service was. He did and it was fine till today.
Side note: the monthly service just went up, (again) but the service seems to be getting worse.
