It means CIPPIC will have it's day in court, before your private information is released. If they win then information will not be released to anyone.
If they lose information may still be released.
It is my understanding Voltage still hasn't even followed through with they that they begged in court to get. (Further written information to potential infringer(s) telling them to stop infringing).
My layman sense is telling me due to even more recent defeats everywhere and on all fronts, Voltage has stopped paying their Laywers, knowing they are likely to lose the case.
Unfortunately Teksavvy has to continue to pay their Lawyers, and CIPPIC has to continue to donate time to this case. OR we all lose.
Also no court date has been set that I am aware of for this next step. |
