[TWC] Remote programing codes for cisco HDA IR2

The instruction book for the remote does not list codes for Dtnex (Best Buy TV) or Sylvania and auto programing does not seem to find a code. Does anyone have a code(s) or a fix? Anyone know who is making the DTA 170HD for cisco?
