The December 2012 issue of Consumer Reports had a writeup of gas furnaces, although I don't think it included specific ratings. They did, however, chart the reliability ratings.
The chart shows the percentage of owners reporting repairs necessary. The top listing went to Bryant with 8%, followed by Trane, American Standard, Carrier, Rheem, Ruud, Lennox (11%), Amana, and Goodman (14%) with York at the bottom of the list (19%). The footnote is that differences of fewer than 4 points are not meaningful. Based on that, Lennox is as good as Bryant since (11 - 8) is less than 4.
