Everyone that has cable, IPTV etc.. pays for a lot of crap they never watch. It will always be the case until someone offers an a la carte option

The cable companies know what they are doing by breaking out the fee. It takes the bundle aspect away and would allow a customer to say I choose not to get the services associated with this fee.

The reason bundles haven't been challenged is that they are bundles.

The cable companies know this opens the door.
