[TWC] TWC vreward card

The web site to register for the reward card will not allow me to upload the file with the a scan of the previous provider. Please help. The TriStar phone is no longer in service. No one at TWC could help me.

The problem was Google Chrome, not supported by TWC or TriStar? The help phone number 1-888-977-8985 they tell you to call for help is disconnected.
