Which works out to one request every 38 seconds, 24/7. The authorities are very busy boys. Of course, the good news is that it works out to only 1 request for every 21,800 inhabitants of the country - so it probably didn't include you. Last year. Maybe. Or... maybe not... It didn't include me, because I don't use Gmail nor correspond with anyone who does.

I only use the Google search engine and that with the GoogleSharing proxy (to anonymize searches). No Gmail (!), no Ewetoob, nothing

That said I have relatives who use Gmail Good thing they don't talk to me much

not necessarily, one request can span 100s of accounts/users.
