I want to use a stronger antenna. It has 2 antennas. Do I need to replace both of them, or can I just replace 1?

You can change 1 or 2, it won't hurt the router.

Since you have either a Rev.G or I, it wouldn't hurt to replace both though, the stock antennas are a bit lacking on gain.

I picked up a couple of 9db antenna from newegg for $12 ea on sale.
the gf likes to sit out in the backyard and surf the web, wasn't able to get the greatest of speeds back there. now she doesn't complain.
no coax, no cat 5, no easy way to run a access point or range extender so only option was a couple antenna's.
I have a Rev. I instead of 1/2 a bar signal strength on her icrappad back there now at least get 2-3.
