Trying to get a free on-demand movie and it's saying that there's not enough credit (somewhere?) for the free movie? I just paid the bill a week ago, and the movie is free.
Anyone else see this?
said by faze: This is a "Verizon" issue, not anything to do with your bill. When it happened to me, Online chat repaired it after a reboot.

Rebooted the box, didn't do anything.
