reply to BEACHER88 The neighbourhood may not be prepared yet for FibeTV... when they made my neighbourhood in Ottawa ready, there was an army of Bell trucks going street to street for a couple of weeks.
I thought most of Toronto is ready for it though... you may want to post in direct to ask if it's available. They'll want your full postal code, though, because just the first 3 doesn't narrow it down enough.
