<description><![CDATA[Frodo posted : Was reading this <a href="http://techcrunch.com/2013/02/23/the-chinese-are-coming-the-chinese-are-coming/">article</a> regarding the recent hacking that has been attributed to the Chinese, and the article noted that CISPA has been reintroduced. <br>EFF's <a href="https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2013/02/cispa-privacy-invading-cybersecurity-spying-bill-back-congress">article</a> about the reintroduction of the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act.<br><br>Didn't see a previous post regarding this matter.  I'd say this is a two thumbs down bill. ]]></description>
