[Other] Home router with SNMP support?
I have a Linksys WRT-54GL that was running DD-WRT. It was acting up so I replaced it with a TP-Link TL-WR941ND.
My question is: Does anyone know if a home wireless router with built-in SNMP support? I have a Linux box that I like to run MRTG and just looking for some input/opinions from you guys.
On my "to procrastinate on" list was to take some home networking gear and see if I could SNMP poll it.
I honestly don't see a reason why home networking gear wouldn't respond to SNMP, though in the interest of
simplicity / security, I suspect most mfrs don't enable SNMP in their software.
Plug in the TPLINK and do an snmpwalk against it and see what happens...
Thanks for the idea (to run snmpwalk). I just tried it, but it timed out.

Tomato for modified routers does or the Apple Airport Extreme supports it out of the box.
