Ottawa, ON | Hitron WiFi Connection Hi,
It seems when I'm on Wifi connection on my laptop i keep going offline At times maybe twice every hour or so,but on wired connection its ok. Wonder what's the issue is with that I changed channels to 1. Is any others experiencing the same problem ?

Mississauga, ON | I am on my third unit now, one was dropping off-line continuously with Rogers and the other was dropping
off on the wireless connection. Took them back and got another unit, been working ok for a while now.
I also killed the wireless on the Hitron and added a good router (Linksys EA6500) now I have amazing signal
strength and speeds compaired to the Hitron and at 5Ghz also. |

You could try changing the default channel number.
I was having this issue until I did this. Many people just leave it default (often channel 6) so your WIFI could be interfering with another network in your area. |
