I had tested my personal one not too long ago and it worked. I tried again and received the same error. We are looking into it further, our apologies for the inconvenience.

Hello,

Sorry to hear your having web mail issues, I have has a looked into this issue for you, it looks like this morning there was a web mail issue, however currently that has been resolved and you should be able to access your web mail normally now.
