Voice zone connect "Unable to process request" logging
Long story short my call accounting hardware connected to my Home office PBX gave up the ghost and cannot be replaced for another week...I really need call records so i thought i would try the voice zone connect.
Well Ive been tinkering for a week and cannot get it to work.
Im using the correct "My services" login, Ive tried resetting my password just to see if it jogs something but i still cant get it to log in.
All my adobe products are up to date, Java is up to date & ive uninstalled and installed the program a few times over local & network disk's. Also tried totally disabling my antivirus and adding the program as an exception.
My OS is Win7 enterprise. 32 bit.
if anyone has any idea's before i call support throw em at me thanks.
