| Fail. I've had service for over a week. Their installer had to come out twice on the same day, because he didn't finish the order along with several other issues he caused. I'm paying for the 60 mbps, and this is what I get. Had a tech come out the very next day after installation, and I'm told it's our computer. With this in mind, I phone a friend who is a network administrator, and the speed is just as lousy on his computer. I had to call today and completely change my package because of all of this. There's no way I'm going to pay the price for lightening speed, but yet not even get turbo. |
